Return policy
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. All returns must receive a Return Authorization from us. without it, your refund will go ignored.
Returns may be made within 30 days of the delivery date of your package. The products must be in the original packaging, undamaged. If you need to make a return. please contact us with the order number and products to return. We will issue an RMA and provide instructions..
Exchanges: If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Fort Worth, TX warehouse unless there was an error on our part.
Returned/Unclaimed Orders: Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a 20% Service Fee.
